End-of-stay cleaning is at the expense of the tenant, who is committed to maintaining a good level of cleanliness during his stay.
The apartment has all the necessary equipment (vacuum cleaner, wipes, broom, basic products...).

At the time of departure, the accommodation must be returned in a condition similar to that of arrival:

For reasons of insurance and legal compliance, it will be requested:

Birthday parties and family celebrations are allowed, subject to prior request, for a specific moment of the stay (one evening maximum), and with respect for the premises, the neighborhood and a reasonable noise level in order to preserve the tranquility of all.
