Our 1 bedroom apartment with alcove is perfect for your mountain vacation in Luchon! Enjoy being just 2km from the exciting centre, and we'd highly recommend you visit the thermal baths.

• The swimming pool will be open this summer until mid-September
• The gondola that connects Luchon to the Superbagnères ski area will not be operational this winter, shuttles will be put in place (by road 18 km).
• For short stays of under 6 nights, bed linen, towels, and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette) are included
• For long stays of 7+ nights, bed linen kits cost €8/kit, and towel kits cost €8/kit
• For stays of 7+ nights, guests are requested to clean their apartments prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette) costs between €45 and €65
• Daily tourist tax per person and a €300/apartment damage deposit will be collected upon arrival
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor upon arrival.
• Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €7/pet/night. Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed.
