"As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. Property was clean on arrival. There were some minor maintenance tasks, all in hand, and did not detract from our enjoyment. Could do with some decoration refresh otherwise all very good. The pool was a focal point and this was kept highly clean and well maintained. Local beach was lovely. Arrive early if you want a sun bed. Local area all very nice. Plenty of car parking at the property and in local areas if driving....

"Communication was good, location is ideal and the villa has everything you could need. There were a couple of things that were broken/needed attention but I made the team aware of these as they wouldn't affect me, but might do others and they assured me they would look into it as soon as I'd left. And I was aware that these things might only have been present as I was staying at the end of a busy season. Overall, a really lovely stay, thank you"

"The property was a 10 minute walk from a small town area but definitely not the most touristy area. There were supermarkets and restaurants and we had some excellent meals out. The beaches nearby were small and incredibly busy from very early so we went further afield. Ayia Napa was only a 20 minute drive with fabulous beaches,shopping, restaurants and a water park. We had some issues with the water supply in the villa which were frustrating and the outside area was quite small but it was clean...

"Brilliant stay, the villa was amazing, so clean and spacious for 8 of us. The welcome basket was a lovely gesture. The villa is a couple of minutes from a smaller beach but it had a great little beach restaurant with entertainment in the evening. Shops, restaurants and a couple of bars within 5mins walk and another 5/10mins drive is protaras main strip and beach. There is something to do for everyone and all ages. We will definitely book again. Lovely holiday had by all."

"A lovely villa , great location . Villa clean and tidy . I gave it the rating good as I paid for a heated pool , it wasn’t heated so I had to sort that out , no apologie , and we lost a couple of days of not using it even though we had paid for it . If you request the pool is heated then message a few days before you go so it’s done for you . "
