Nestled in the tranquility of the Tuscan Apennines, at an elevation of 730 meters, Ca’ di Borra is an apartment within a complex surrounded by nature, perfect for those seeking relaxation and privacy. Surrounded by expansive green space, it offers an authentic experience with all the space you could wish for. The vacation home is overlooked by the small but steep “Montebotolino,” where a nearly deserted yet enchanting village is situated, overlooking the cliff below as if suspended in mid-air, with a breathtaking view. The village miraculously comes back to life during the summer months, populated by the owners of private vacation homes converted from the ancient dwellings of days gone by.

The house, approximately 100 square meters, can accommodate up to 5 people. Inside, you’ll find a triple bedroom, a living area with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals, and a small sitting room with a working fireplace—ideal for cooler evenings. The bathroom features a bathtub, and Wi-Fi is available to make your stay even more comfortable.

The 1,500-square-meter outdoor area is fully fenced and equipped with night lighting and an outdoor pool, shared with other guests, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the pool without adult supervision. The built-in barbecue is perfect for grilling with friends. The house features an adjacent large organic vegetable garden, managed directly by the estate’s owners, to which guests have free access and may harvest seasonal vegetables for their personal use.
In addition, a relaxation area and a shared volleyball and soccer court—to be shared with guests from the other apartments—are currently under construction for the 2026 summer season.

Pets are allowed, so your four-legged friends can enjoy the vacation too. Free on-site parking rounds out the property’s amenities. A €50 cleaning fee is required and must be paid on-site to the property owner.

During the appropriate season, you can freely go mushroom hunting in the area’s numerous forests, some of which are owned by the property.

The location is characterized by a high degree of peace and quiet, as there are no noisy industrial activities in the area, nor any car traffic, since it is situated on a dead-end road. At night, the silence becomes almost deafening, broken only by the calls of the many wild animals in the woods, and often the garden adjacent to the house, if left open, may be visited at night by roe deer or fallow deer.

All the natural beauty of the surrounding area can be explored on pleasant walks or with
the many mountain bikes available in the area.
