lies the pretty Villa Emma and awaits you. Villa Emma was built in 1870 and completely renovated in 2014. The Kirnitzschtal in the health resort of Bad Schandau is an ideal starting point for an active (hiking & cycling) as well as a relaxing holiday. In our house you can also enjoy massages and treatments in the Huxol naturopathic practice. The 6 modern (non-smoking) apartments with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi are elegantly furnished and feature a living area with a flat-screen TV, 1 to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The apartments are suitable for 2-4 people. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, stove, etc. Free parking spaces are available to our guests on site, it is approx. 1km to the town center of Bad Schandau and the Elbe, and the Bad Schandau train station is approx. 3km away.

The charming Villa Emma was completely renovated in 2014 and offers a terrace and a large garden. All apartments were painted or wallpapered in January 2024, the furniture (couches, dining table, chairs) was replaced in all apartments (not yet shown in the pictures). These modern apartments with underfloor heating are only 1 km from the center of Bad Schandau from Saxon Switzerland.

The apartments are elegantly furnished and feature a living area with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer.

You can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking and cycling. Villa Emma is located in the middle of the Saxon Switzerland National Park and 1 km from the Toskana Therme Bad Schandau. The spa park is just a 10-minute walk away.
