The Lodges Klippitztörl - Chalet A (up to 6 people)

Our modern, rustic-charm chalets, newly opened in late October 2025, accommodate up to 12 guests. They can be booked individually (for up to 6 people) or together (for up to 12 people), a great advantage for larger families or groups of friends. The chalets combine modern comfort with rustic charm and feature private DOUBLE GARAGES, open kitchens, fireplaces, a panoramic sauna with color therapy, and terraces with breathtaking mountain views. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the living area also includes a pull-out sofa for two additional guests, with its own bathroom.

Numerous activities await you: skiing, summer tobogganing, hiking, cycling, lakes, golf, horseback riding, spas, and fine dining.

The Accommodation

Experience unforgettable moments in our boutique chalets at Klippitztörl, at about 1,600 meters above sea level!

With their perfect location in the Carinthian Alps, the chalets combine modern comfort with traditional charm. Each chalet has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a pull-out sofa for two additional guests in the living area, also with its own bathroom.

Enjoy the highest comfort with your own double garage, including direct and dry access to the chalets, generously equipped kitchens, open fireplaces, balconies, and sun terraces with breathtaking panoramic views of nature. All bedrooms are equipped with large double beds with high-quality mattresses, noise-proof doors, and an en-suite bathroom, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete privacy.

In winter, a spacious ski area is right in front of the chalet. With enough snow, you can reach the Kuhgraben lift in just 2-3 minutes via a sloped path – and return directly to the chalets at the end of the ski day. In case of low snowfall, you can drive 2-3 minutes by car to the main chairlift, the ski school, and the ticket sales. From there, take the chairlift for a dream ski experience.

Even in the other seasons, there’s plenty to explore. Discover beautiful hiking trails, ideal for nature lovers, those seeking peace, and adventurers. For even more activity, Husqvarna MC2 Fully E-Bikes are available for rent right at the chalets – perfect for exploring the surroundings on two wheels.

Additionally, the region offers numerous leisure opportunities such as cycling, golf, horseback riding, tennis, or swimming in the nearby lakes. A special highlight is the most spectacular summer toboggan run in Carinthia.

After an active day, relax in our panoramic saunas with a magnificent view of nature. The integrated color therapy has a soothing effect on the body, mind, and soul – the perfect place to unwind and enjoy real coziness.

The airports
Graz Airport (GRZ) is approximately 78 km away, while Klagenfurt Airport (KLU) is about 91 km. Both airports are well connected by Ryanair – ideal for guests from both near and far. Vienna Airport is 240 km away.

The town of Bad St. Leonhard in the Lavant Valley, with supermarkets, doctors, a pharmacy, and other facilities, is only 12-15 minutes from your chalet, and Wolfsberg, with a well-equipped hospital, is about 25 minutes away.

The double garage offers a dry and convenient access directly to the chalet – even in snow, rain, or hail. With a length of approximately 5.65 meters, it provides ample space to safely park larger vehicles or SUVs (e.g., Audi Q8).
