The Gablerhof is located just outside Bad Reichenhall in the sunny neighborhood of Nonn. Close by, yet far away in the countryside, with its own swimming lake. Our spacious, exclusive apartments feature light-filled, open living spaces and large panoramic windows, offering an unparalleled view of the Predigtstuhl. Sustainability—and environmental issues in general—are very important to us. A large rooftop solar array provides electricity, and our wood-chip heating system—fueled by wood from our own forest—provides heat. With our climate-friendly groundwater cooling system, each room can be cooled individually. We look forward to welcoming you to the Gablerhof!

Spacious, exclusive apartment with a light-filled, open-concept living area on the upper floor (not accessible by elevator), but offering a special view of the Gablerweiher and the Predigtstuhl. A modern built-in kitchen, fully equipped with a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc., as well as a large bathroom ensure a pleasant stay. High-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and large flat-screen TVs in the living area and bedroom provide additional comfort. Modern and cozy in warm wood tones—you’ll love the work of our local carpenter. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The large, sunny, and covered south-facing balcony is comfortably furnished with lounge furniture.
Salzburg and Berchtesgaden are each a 30-minute drive away. Several bike trails run right past the house, perfect for both athletic mountain bikers and those looking for a leisurely ride through the valley.
