Vacation apartment Ahr-Flair

Our vacation rental is located in an Art Nouveau-style apartment building near the center of Bad Neuenahr and in close proximity to parks and bike paths.

Thanks to innovative interior design and great attention to detail, this ground-floor vacation rental was newly renovated and furnished in 2022. There is also a covered outdoor seating area in the courtyard. A parking space for your car is located right outside the front door.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The bedroom features a bed measuring 1.80 m x 1.90 m, and the living room has a sleeper sofa.

Please note that the passageway to the bathroom is very narrow.

The minimum stay is 3 nights. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The price per night for up to 2 adults is €80.00, including all utilities.

For each additional guest beyond the first two, we charge a surcharge of €20.00 per night.

There is also a fee of €3.00 per night per person for the guest card. With this card, you can, for example, ride buses and trains for free and receive discounts at various events. This fee is collected on-site upon arrival.
