It is ideal for couples, families and business travelers who enjoy sitting outside in the evening and having a relaxed breakfast in the morning.The apartment has one bedroom with a large bed, and the living area also has a sofa bed. The dining area is in front of large windows overlooking the garden, so you can enjoy a view of greenery while you eat. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The shower room is modernly tiled and has a heated towel rail. An iron and hair dryer are provided. In the building's basement laundry room, washing machines and dryers are available to all guests (€5 per wash and dry). A smart TV and Wi-Fi are also included.From the covered terrace with seating area and awning, you can look across the garden to the wooded hills. An additional garden bench invites you to linger among roses and hydrangeas. Bad König is located in the Odenwald, and the thermal spa and the town center are only a short distance away.Good to know: The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. Marked parking spaces for the apartment are available in front of the house, and there is also public parking on the street. Self check-in is possible from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and parties and events are not allowed. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
