A high-quality wooden bedroom with double bed, safe, and LCD satellite TV ensures restful sleep. The spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes, and cosmetic mirror offers plenty of space to unwind. A workspace with desk and LAN connections is available in two rooms. Enjoy the large, furnished south-facing balcony with mountain views of the “Hörnle.”



Our house is set in a sunny, quiet location with a large garden at the foot of the Ammergau Alps. On the property, you have a private parking space and a charging station for electric cars (for an extra fee). For young guests, a crib and high chair are provided.



This family-run guesthouse in the Sonnen district at 900 m altitude offers short distances to wellness hotels, restaurants, cable car, and ski lift. Train and bus stations are a 15-minute walk away. Hiking trails and mountain tours start right at the house. Royal castles, Wieskirche, Ettal Monastery, and Zugspitze are easily accessible. Bread delivery service and drinks are available for an extra fee.
