It has a well-equipped kitchen, with oven and dishwasher, two double bedrooms, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a wc, a luminous living room with sofa bed, comfortable for an adult or two children. Parking space in the condominium garage, private storage for sports equipment. Spacious and bright rooms, great comfort, even for our four-legged friends. We are a 5 minute walk from the Römerbad Thermal Baths and the Kaiserburg cable car (which leads to the famous "Franz Klammer" world cup track). Cross the road to reach the cross-country track.
