It has a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, two bedrooms, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a toilet, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, comfortable for an adult or two children. Parking in the condominium garage, private storage for sports equipment. Spacious and bright rooms, great comfort, even for our four-legged friends.

We are only 5 minutes walk from the Römerbad Therme and the Kaiserburg cable car (which leads to the world famous Franz Klammer Becher trail) .To cross the cross-country ski trail, cross the road. The golf courses are about 1 km away. Entire flat available, with separate entrance on the ground floor, also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The condominium garage is instead in the basement. In winter you benefit from special ski passes such as. Ski + Spa passes at discounted prices, "Family e" formula

Check-in (check-in at 16.00 / check-out from 8.00) takes place in my office in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim in the ISA agency..... Dorfstrsse 49, where the guests are registered. The deposit is paid, payment of the tourist tax and any payments, delivery of the WLAN device. We then accompany the guests to the house, visit the accommodation and give instructions on the equipment supplied with the accommodation and how to return it. We remain available for any problems/needs throughout the stay. On the day of departure, we meet the guests at the accommodation and return the deposit after a brief inspection.
