The apartment is located on the 13th floor (Tower 2) and is accessible by elevator. It is bright (morning sun), in a quiet location, and approximately 52 square meters in size. The apartment can accommodate 3 people. (An additional person by arrangement—sofa bed in the living room, 140 x 200 cm).
The large balcony/loggia is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room and offers a magnificent view of the Burgberg.


The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven, range hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The bathroom features a shower/tub combination. A hair dryer is provided.

The large bedroom features a box-spring bed (double bed, 180 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV.

In the living room, you’ll find a cozy couch (sofa bed—140 x 200 cm sleeping surface), an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a small stereo system.

The building has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer available for a fee. You can purchase laundry tokens from the building manager.

In the interest of future guests, smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

With a population of around 22,000, Bad Harzburg is the largest spa town in the Harz Mountains. The city serves as the starting point for numerous hiking trails in the Harz National Park. It features a golf course, a horse racing track, a saltwater spa, and other attractive recreational facilities.

Our apartment is located in a quiet yet central area near the spa gardens in a former hotel complex that includes a swimming pool and sauna area. The spa gardens, the Burgberg aerial cableway, and the pedestrian zone are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Pure winter fun in Braunlage/Wurmberg—only about 24 km away. Also accessible from Bad Harzburg by bus (travel time approx. 30 min). Information on the Wurmberg Cable Car website
