There is 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom is modern and functional. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, air fryer, and more. High-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for video calls, as well as LAN connections in all rooms, cable TV, heating in every room, step-free access and interiors, elevator, and self check-in are available to you.

Parking is available at the building and on the street. A small dog is especially welcome for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. Bath towels are provided. Please note that video and audio recordings are made in the communal areas of the property.



The apartment is located at the edge of the forest at the end of a quiet street, with hiking trails starting right at the house. The spa park with playground, thermal baths, pavilion, Kneipp pool, and barefoot path is a 5-minute walk away. Shops, cafés, and restaurants on the promenade can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. Public transport is nearby and free to use with the guest card.
