Welcome to the charming, newly renovated Villa Sand, perfect for family getaways and gatherings with friends. This spacious holiday home in the Habichtswald Nature Park accommodates 10 adults and 3 small children, offering 5 bedrooms across 3 levels, 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna, guest WC, an open-plan living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The attic bedroom with 3 beds is accessed via a narrow staircase.



One pet is welcome for an extra fee. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, children's books, and toys. For little ones, a baby cot and high chair are provided. The covered terrace and garden invite you to relax in the evenings.



Minimum stay is 2–3 nights, depending on the season.



Supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a bus stop are within walking distance. Kassel, Edersee, and Twistesee can be reached in about 30 minutes.



Five parking spaces are available and belong to Villa Sand. Smoking and large events are not permitted. Sauna, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.
