The 1-room apartment in the basement (45 m2) is bright (large window front to the east and large window to the south) and is suitable for 2 people. The studio has a parking space on the outdoor plot.

The studio was rated 3 stars by the German Tourism Association in 2017 (because it is a 1-room apartment; but 4-star quality according to the number of points).

The apartment consists of a living room / bedroom (33 m2), equipped with a double bed, large wardrobe, a wall unit, two armchairs with a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs, telephone, cable TV, flat screen, stereo, DVD player.

The apartment has a kitchenette, which is separated from the living room / bedroom by a door, with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso machine etc.

In the bathroom (with window) there is a large shower with glass shower cubicle, a sink and the toilet.

In front of the apartment is a terrace to the east of about 10 m2 and there is also a seat in the garden with sun until evening.

Free entry to SOLEMAR every day for 3 hours.
Final cleaning, the parking space, use of two touring bikes, internet access via WLAN, telephone to the German landline network, use of the swimming pool and sauna as well as all additional costs (bed linen, towels). 2 e-bikes can be rented.

Haus Ahorn offers non-smokers comfortable holiday apartments - with a parking space, swimming pool and sauna. Haus Ahorn is located at the Kurpark, about an eight-minute walk to Solemar and the town center.

Haus Ahorn was built in 1992 in an exclusive location on a large plot in a green area. Since December 2006 there has been a small swimming pool with a counter current system and a sauna. Both can be used exclusively by the holiday guests.

From 10 nights onwards, each guest can use the e-bikes for one day free of charge.
