The cozy holiday home features three bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower.



Relax and unwind on the terrace.



A playground is located nearby for children. As guests, you can enjoy hiking and fishing in the area (please obtain a permit from the city), or simply relax in the garden.



The house accommodates up to six people and was renovated in 2020. The fitted kitchen is from 2022.



All holiday homes offer mobile internet with stable connections—ideal for working remotely or streaming movies and music.



Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an additional charge. You will receive the key code after booking.



As a self-catering holiday home, we provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, dishwasher tab, soap, and dishwashing liquid), which are restocked after each stay. For larger groups or longer stays, we recommend bringing your own supplies—supermarkets are about 5 km away in Bad Arolsen.



All TVs in the holiday park have been upgraded to digital, so you can enjoy improved picture and sound quality.



The holiday park offers several parking spaces and two EV charging stations.



Facilities include a playground, barbecue area (barbecuing is only allowed with an electric grill, which is not provided by the house), tennis court, table tennis, and mini golf.



In nearby Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km), you'll find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, the hospital, Bad Arolsen Castle, and the year-round "Arobella" swimming pool.



Pets are welcome: Up to 2 dogs are allowed. If you wish to bring more than 2 dogs, please contact the host via the booking platform in advance.



A local tourist tax is payable on site.
