"Hotel is amazing and staff is very receptive and kind. Room is very comfortable and has an extraordinary view. We were warmly welcomed by Jesus in the reception. Maria also assisted us in the best way she could. The bar and restaurant was very good and we were kindly served by Isabel with cocktails, waitors Giovani, Michelangelo and Ricardo. We had a problem with the shower late at our first night, that under circumstances caused some discomfort. However, it was resolved in the next morning and changed by a new one that was installed. Suggestion: maybe a room (any level) could have been offered just for taking a shower as we had a long day and drive to Bacalar, but I don't know if the hotel had any spare rooms available. Nevertheless, problem solved and Maria was very receptive to hearing us out and seek a solution. "
