"Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"

"They have thought of everything. Excellent facilities and immaculately clean. Pretty quiet for the 2 nights I was there. They give plenty of advance warning about the steep stairs and they are very steep. Easy access to bus and train station and on the door step of the old town. Would stay again. "

"The apartment is amazing, all new, well designed, complete (kitchen, bathroom and etc), really clean and confortable. We were really received, even withou a reception, just give them a call or even a message and you will be answered right away. The location is not in the city center, but is a 15 minutes walk (for us was not a problem). Around the apartment you will find supermarket, shopping and all kinds of stores. If anytime i came back to Riga, for sure I would book it again!"

"The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the singing of birds in the morning even though I am in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable which made me sleep very well during my entire stay. "This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! "Our stay at the property was fantastic. It was a unique and individual stay. There was 5 of us there and it had plenty of room for us all. The communication on arrival was fantastic, and the man even informed us it could be noisy which it was but as we were aware of this it wasn’t a problem. I would more than recommend these apartments prime location. The gates downstairs were a little annoying as they on occasion were locked but again we was informed of this and shown the relevant keys etc....

"The accommodation was good. A slightly unusual solution was that there was no sink in the bathroom — you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. However, this wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean, and everything necessary was provided. Communication with the host went smoothly. There were several small grocery stores in the area, a few burger places, and some brewpubs. The old town was a short distance away, and buses also ran along the same street."
