"Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!"

"In old city i just recommend this hotel for stay. Small but very great stay. Actually im first time in Baku but i never seen hotel in the world like this. Service was very high level. Design and breakfast meal. I can tell too many good things about them."

"The review reflects the attitude of the hotel towards its guests but partly also warns you about the unethical practices of hotel.com. We are a family of four including a 10 month old baby and 3 year old. We booked a two nights stay at this hotel and paid in full well before getting there. After a five hour drive from Baku to the hotel we were told the hotel was fully booked for the second night and we would have to check out at 12 pm. This was at 6 pm.
