"The Townhouse bed & breakfast was beautiful and welcoming the moment we walked up to the beautiful garden. The wife and husband hosts were fantastic, the room was elegant and cozy. The made to order breakfast was 5 star, prepared by the owner who is a professional chef. Only wished we had spent more time in the beautiful B&B."

"Really nice room. Bathroom was lovely (some hairs in sink when we arrived, but not that a big deal). There was a wedding on in the hotel, with music heard thumping in our room until quite late (we’re not killjoys, but it was impossible to sleep and very loud). It would have been good to know this when booking, as we would have looked elsewhere. Called down to ask reception and they were dismissive and a bit rude. Also loud music heard in room in the morning as well."

"Great apartment ideally situated near the seafront one way and near the shops the other, both within short walking distance. Lively town with lots of places to eat and good variety of local shops and chain stores. Also near to the Robert Burns museum. Good base for visiting the coast of Ayrshire and also the Galloway forest and Loch Doon which was spectacular."
