Entering the property there is a hallway leading to the kitchen and living/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils and dish washer.

The living/dining room is equipped with TV and ceiling fans. From here you can also access the terrace.

There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has 2 single beds, TV and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed, TV and fitted wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The terrace has chairs and table for a meal outside. Apart from the communal pool, there is also direct access to the beach from the complex. Parking space in closed complex.

The property is located in a very quiet, gated complex with concierge. Only 10 min. from Ayamonte. Faro airport is about 45 minutes away and Seville airport is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

House rules:
- No parties.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is till 10:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Free parking on the premises, parking available on the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Beach towels are not included.
- A security deposit of 300 will be required in cash on the day of arrival
