This 120 m² cottage accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. You have TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.



"Mon petit paradis," a 77 m² cottage, is at the heart of the estate, surrounded by fields. A one-hectare pond allows no-kill fishing and offers a peaceful lake view. Children will love the owners’ birds, parrots, chickens, ducks, and pygmy goats.



The cottage can host up to 11 guests in 5 bedrooms and has three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric coffee maker and capsule coffee machine. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, game console, and beach towels for outings. Private barbecue and uncovered terrace. Baby cot on request. Pets allowed (1 maximum, for an extra fee). Washing machine, dryer, and shared parking for 5 cars. Step-free access.



Note: A car is needed for countryside travel. Hosts live on site, not in the cottage.



Rules: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and frying are not allowed inside. Do not flush wipes or sanitary products. No events allowed.



Cleaning is not included but can be arranged on site for an extra fee.



Pets are only allowed in L’Échappée Belle; not in other accommodations.
