"Escolhi esse hotel pois iria ao Resort Wintergreen com a família para 2 dias de Sky. O staff é extremamente educado, solícito e generoso. A localização é excelente, somente a 30 minutos da estação de ski e perto de vários restaurantes. Bom custo benefício. Provavelmente ficaria lá novamente"

"Hotel location at the crossroad of highly popular roads made it noisy all day and night. To avoid if you’re sensitive to traffic noise. The room was just below the roof AC machine controlling the corridors cooling. It turned on and off every hour making the most horrible sound and trembling of the room. The staff admitted it but couldn’t help it. The breakfast was super limited and the cherry on the top is that you eat on paper plates with plastic cutlery 🫣☹️"
"The manager was very nice, as was the rest of the staff. The manager seemed to be there most of the time. Breakfast was hot and tasty with eggs, bacon, toasts, bagels, cereal, fruit, several coffees, yogurt. The fresh waffle machine worked. They even had a certain exotic tea that I liked on hand, (Bigelow Green Tea with Ginger). And breakfast on the weekends extends to 10am, which is a Godsend after a night of partying. A little noisy in the room because of the bar (4th floor room overlooking the bar/restaurant) but nothing a sound machine couldn’t block out.
