Fully stocked, and we mean it. Relax with luxury linens, plush towels, and premium amenities that elevate the travel experience for any discerning guest. From coffee and tea to toiletries and detergent, all amenities are provided for the entire stay (not just a starter set)…. and a few “sweet” extras too!
This condo is available in a 3 or 2 bedroom configuration. We also host several other similar condos at this Resort.
WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP: - Bedroom 1: king bed, en suite bath with soaker tub and walk-in shower - Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, shared full bathroom with tub/shower across the hall
KITCHEN: High-end fully equipped with modern, stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. All the pots, pans, dishware, glassware for a group feast. Turkey roasting pan? Yup, got that too! Spices, salt, pepper, olive oil to start. Adjacent open dining area with custom table (seats 6) for family dinners and game nights, with additional seating for 2 at the bar top.
COFFEE? Craft your custom cup with our signature Luxart coffee and hot chocolate bar. High-end LatteGo machine makes everything including black coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee and more. Drip coffee machine and hot water kettle. Local Vail Mountain Coffee (regular & decaf) and fixings provided, herbal teas too! Mike & Jen’s hot chocolate mix for kids. Kids of all ages love Mike & Jen’s hot chocolate mix. provided for classic taste. Want more? Gondola Café & Market, coffee barista and quick bites on-site (seasonal).
HOUSEKEEPING: Customized to the unique needs of each guest, housekeeping is provided by Luxart dedicated team (host), not the resort. Complimentary mid-stay clean for stays 7-nights or longer. Because you will always find plenty of extra towels and supplies, housekeeping is normally not needed or provided for short stays, but is available upon request. Daily service for additional charge.
LAUNDRY: In-condo full size washer/dryer, detergent (free & clear) and dryer sheets provided.

OTHER NOTES: CHECK-IN with the resort front desk, 4pm or after (arrive at the resort anytime 11am or after). Primary guest required to check-in in-person, provide ID and credit card for resort/parking fees and any possible incidentals. Check-out as late as 11am.
SAFETY: As part of our commitment to safety, safety and routine maintenance checks are completed regularly by the host and by the resort. Host is Breezeway Safety Certified.
EXTENDED STAY: 30+ night stays welcome. Inquire about reduced rates, reduced taxes and reduced resort/parking fees.
PETS: Up to 2 well behaved dogs of any size are most welcome! Must provide notification prior to arrival, and non-refundable pet fee of $100, per stay. Resort is very dog friendly with plenty of spaces to run and play. (No other pets allowed.) Please do not leave dogs unattended, unless crate trained and not prone to barking. We are glad to recommend a local dog sitter if needed.

Had a great stay! Host/management was so quick to respond and very helpful when needing help with the booking, the room was clean and in terrific condition, can’t think of anything we’d change! Will definitely book again for our next trip to Beaver Creek!

This modern condo is amazing, very clean and well stocked and the GoLatte machine was such a nice bonus! Gorgeous views and very comfortable for our family. The host was very nice and responsive and the overall hotel experience was very pleasant, too. We highly recommend!

Beautiful views and furnishings! Everything you’d ever need is already there. The communication from the management team was excellent and always very responsive. Full access to the Westin Riverfront and a beautiful trail right outside the door. One of our fav places to stay! We’ll be back.

Amazing condo with benefits of resort amenities!
We were blown away by this gorgeous well appointed condo in Avon! There’s so much attention to detail- everything you need and more, is here. There were ample toiletries such as a dental kit, shave kit, great shower gel , shampoo, conditioner and lotion & soap. The kitchen is well stocked and superbly organized! Even a cute S'more kit was provided foruse at the fire pit of the resort. Sunscreen was a nice touch with the strong sun we happily enjoyed! Loved the modern “pop art”decor. We didn’t have young kids with us, but if you need pack n plays we saw 2 plus a basket of toys and even kids dishes in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Location was amazing! We used the resort shuttle to take us up to Beaver Creek. We then took the gondola and hiked up to Beaver Lake which was gorgeous! The resort has a Starbucks, Stoke & Rye restaurant and a lobby bar/casual fare called The Lookout. condo has a washer & dryer. We loved the balcony to sit and enjoy our Nespresso in the am while listening to the river.. Loved the rain shower in the master! Sarah the assistant that we worked with, was fabulous with quick communication. This condo is so well appointed and run. Top notch! Hot tub and pool at resort are fabulous. Walking along the Eagle river & being able to fly fish steps from our condo was a treat! Staff at the resort were very nice too. The Riverfront gondola is also at the resort. If you stay here you’ll be so happy.

Awesome stay in Avon
What a wonderful property! From the moment we arrived, Erin Cook and her team made us feel right at home. The unit is extremely comfortable and welcoming and in such a great location to ski both Beaver Creek and Vail. Erin and her team were very helpful and they were there to help whenever we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Location, views and amenities
This property was perfect for our 10 day stay. The location can’t be beat, the views out the windows are breathtaking and the unit was well appointed and furnished. We really appreciated all the small touches that showed the property manager’s attention to detail and service. The unit is in excellent shape and has clearly been recently refurbished and is well stocked with everything you could need on a stay. The communication with the property manager was very clear and they went out of their way to ensure our needs were met on our stay. Will definitely look to return.

Perfect Mountain Retreat
We’ve been coming to Beaver Creek for over 20 years. In addition to our timeshares, we generally need additional space for extended family. This was the first time we stayed in Avon and we loved the Pop Art Villa. Everything about it was lovely - the views, comfortable living and sleeping, perfectly stocked kitchen and bathrooms that made travel easy. Our family was able to gather for meals and games at the dining room table and for movies in the comfy living room after days of fun activities nearby. We paddle boarded at Nottingham Park. We took Pilates classes, had a massage at the spa and hung by the pool at the Westin in addition to our regular activities in Beaver Creek. Thank you for a lovely stay.
