Centrally located in Avon, this beautiful mountain view condo puts you right in the middle of all of the action! Take the shuttle to the bottom of the BC and Vail Mountains and shred the slopes. When you aren't on the slopes, head for the Avon Recreation Center, Harry A. Nottingham Park, Walking Mountains Science Center, Vilar Performing Arts Center Beaver Creek, and Betty Ford Alpine Gardens. Additionally, enjoy having access to a shared hot tub, pool, sauna, game room, lounge area, fitness center, and grilling area.

Inside the lovely interior of your stay, discover a comfortable living room adorned with soft seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. When you aren't relaxing here, utilize the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops to whip up culinary creations. When you're ready to eat, dine at the large breakfast bar, or at the formal dining table.

There are two primary suites with en suite bathrooms. Indulge in you-time as you sink into one of the jetted tubs and rinse off in one of the walk-in showers.

Ski shuttle details: The Ascent shuttle takes you to the bottom of Beaver Creek and Vail Mountains.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
