**The Pines Lodge Temporary Closure Notice**



The Pines Lodge will be temporarily closed from August 1, 2026 through

November 11, 2026. During this time, we will be completing necessary HVAC

repairs:

Hotel room repairs will begin on August 1, 2026

Condo repairs will begin on September 1, 2026

Townhomes will not be impacted and will remain open during this period. We

sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and

appreciate your understanding as we complete these important improvements.



Pines Townhome 2 is luxury mountain living at its finest. Enjoy the peace

and quiet amongst the alpine environment located directly below Beaver Creek

ski runs. The townhome consists of 2,142 square feet of lavish living and

sleeping across four bedrooms each with its own bathroom.



The master suite features a King bed, flat screen television, and an ensuite

bathroom with stand-alone shower and soaker tub. The junior master also has a

king bed with ensuite bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and fourth

bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds.



Relax in the main living area warming up next to the gas fireplace or enjoy a

meal together in the open plan dining room that looks out to the tree lined

view via the floor-to-ceiling windows. The space (with includes another full

bathroom) offers several modern amenities including a flat screen TV, DVD

player, stereo system, and complimentary wireless internet throughout.



The living area opens to the fully equipped kitchen, adorned with stainless

steel appliances and granite counter tops and furnished with all of your

cooking needs. Enjoy fresh alpine air and gorgeous views of the Rocky

Mountains while relaxing on the private deck or while preparing a meal on your

outdoor grill. For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer

along with parking for one vehicle.

inside The Pines Lodge. There are also plenty of other casual and upscale

dining options located nearby in Beaver Creek Village. This townhome is

located on the complimentary resort shuttle route, which can conveniently

transfer guests back and forth to the property.



Guests staying at The Pines Townhomes have access to The Pines Lodge's

business center, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. As a convenience,

concierge and front desk services as well as ski storage & ski rentals are
