Guests will have access to one underground garage parking spot, making it easy to come and go hassle-free. In addition, you’ll be a quarter-mile from the Westin Riverfront gondola and even closer to a free Avon bus stop.



Designed for comfort and convenience, the primary suite features a plush king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers a twin bunk bed and a comfy twin daybed with twin trundle, making it a great space for kids or extra guests. Need even more room? Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all of downstairs—the upstairs is locked off. There is underground parking available.



Getting Around:

Aside from being 400 steps (a quarter mile) from the Westin Riverfront gondola, there is also an even closer free Avon town bus to Beaver Creek village and more locations. The Eagle County bus (not free) is just steps away and the Express bus to Vail village leaves hourly. In short, both resorts are right at your doorstep!

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
