HOLIDAY HOUSE MARCHESI (AVOLA -SR)

The Marchesi holiday house is an independent building with a terrace.
The three-room apartment + services (130 sqm) located in Avola (Syracuse) is located just 500 meters from the beautiful beach of Borgo Marinaro and 300 meters from the historic center of Avola.
Easily accessible many other wonderful beaches on the coast of eastern Sicily (lido di noto, hen, vendicari to name but a few)

The structure, very spacious and bright, air-conditioned bedrooms, was renovated in 2017 and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and is structured as follows:
2 bedrooms both with a double bed and a single bed and both have a ceiling fan.
1 seating area equipped with flat screen TV
1 bathroom with shower where, besides the courtesy set, there is also a hair dryer and a washing machine
1 bright kitchen with oven and fridge
1 terrace with 3x3 gazebo, chairs and barbecue
 
Within a maximum radius of 20 km you can visit beautiful natural places such as the reserve of Cava Grande and the reserve of Vendicari.
The baroque city of Noto, Unesco heritage, is just 7 km away, Siracusa and Ragusa are less than 40 minutes away by car.
The airports of Comiso and Catania are respectively 48 km and 80 km away.

On the promenade of Avola and in the seaside village there are numerous restaurants / bars / pubs / pizzerias where you can taste typical local dishes.
