Entry is on level 1, where you will find a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. Bedroom one is also on this level and contains queen size bed, and bedroom two has two sets of bunks. On Level 2 you will find Bedroom 3 containing a queen size bed. Please note that the entry to level 2 and level 3 are both externally entered via a staircase on the side of the property.

Level 3 has the Rumpus Room, which is ideal for teenagers. There is also a bar and fridge, surround sound and a table tennis table. There are two single lounges which can be used as single beds. Lovely manicured yard and gardens with plenty of room for kids to play.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique `Indie Films` to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
