Lounge room upstairs with views over Avoca Beach and the Avoca Pines. A newly renovated kitchen has granite bench tops, a huge island bench with seating, two ovens, two dishwashers and a wine fridge, pantry and appliance cupboard to manage cooking and entertaining for a crowd or large family. A good size balcony at the front of the house to enjoy a pre dinner drink overlooking the beach.

Master bedroom contains queen bed and has fantastic views, plus walk in robe and ensuite. Second bedroom also has a queen size bed with views, bedroom three has a king size single bed and single bed. The main bathroom is on this level with a shower in the bath. Downstairs are another two bedrooms, one with 2 x King singles, the other with 2 x Single beds.There is a small bathroom with a shower on this lower level. Linen not provided. The laundry has a top loader washing machine and dryer.

protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique `Indie Films` to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
