"The hotel is located in a rundown area, and the photos don't accurately reflect what you actually get. My daughter did not feel safe staying there, so I asked if we could move to their sister hotel and offered to pay any difference in price. Despite both properties being owned by the same company, they declined to accommodate the request. I found that response disappointing and felt it reflected poor customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations."

"Its a motel. But a nicer version of a motel. I dislike the thin walls and how noisy it can get. The free breakfast was amazing. Not sure if the entertainment tac can be waived for the two drinks per night bc what if people don't drink? Otherwise its a safe, fun place to stay. Very central."

"The "street side" of the property was very loud with street noise (cars, motorcycles, etc..). My wife had a hard time sleeping until about 2:30 am. The staff were very nice and the beds were great!"

"Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...

"The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I...

"Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay"

"Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back."
