The property was easy to find and check in was easy and instructions were clear. We arrived late at night which made it hard to find the closest garage as the roads to Old Town Avignon close at night. Fabienne, the owner, is a wonderful host of this gorgeous apartment in the shadows of the Papal Palace. The description is completely accurate. The apartment is artfully decorated with high quality finishes throughout. The espresso machine makes delicious lattes. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Fantastic apartment in Avignon

I really can't say enough positive things about our stay in this apartment. Our host(ess) provided excellent instructions on check-in and out, the apartment is immaculate, well furnished, and in an excellent location. One can't find a better place to stay in Avignon.Looking forward to a return visit.

Great apartment in Avignon

One of our favorite rentals. Excellent location, just off a busy street, but very quiet. A lovely apartment with large rooms and old world charm. Super clean, good beds, and a very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

I wish I could duplicate this apartment everywhere I go!

Our stay at the elegant apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Accessing the apartment was well explained and easy. The unit is exactly as pictured, maybe even better IRL. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and updated. Fabienne was great to communicate with and was extremely responsive. The apartment is in a nice part of Avignon and felt more local than touristy. We felt very safe here. I used google translate for my questions to her so the language barrier was not an issue. Would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

A gem in Avignon

What a wonderful place. It is in the heart of Avignon, all the sites within easy walking distance. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with restaurants, markets, bakeries all near. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the apartment is quite lovely. Thanks so much!

Beautiful. Classic. Top Notch. Best stay in France yet! And I’ve been coming for over 25 years!

The place is amazing. Charming. Clean. The most beautiful Parisian apartment with a modern feel. The architecture is amazing. The building is all limestone. And the inside brings it all together. The detail of the bedrooms. The bathrooms. All furnished simply and beautifully. Trust me. Stay here. Zero regrets. And it’s close to all the towns of Provence. And Avignon is an amazing city to explore as well. Charming, small walking town with views galore of the hillsides and the Rhône. I’d give the apartment as well as the town of Avignon 10+ stars! And the hostess, Fabienne, was wonderful. Very attentive. And she even helped us call a taxi to our apartment when Headed back to the train station. Merci Beaucoup Fabienne! You were lovely and charming.

Perfect!

The apartment is beautiful, exactly as described. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. We loved the induction stovetop! It boils water in seconds. The location is perfect - just far enough away from the tourist area to be authentically French, yet close enough to enjoy the Palace and city center. And it is just steps away from the Halles food market (which is awe inspiring!) and so many great restaurants and little shops you could spend three weeks here and never need are car or public transport. We would stay here again without hesitation. Fabienne responded to our questions within minutes and was right upstairs if we needed help. Fantastic.

Perfect apartment in fabulous neighborhood

We loved this second floor apartment in a charming home in the university neighborhood. It came equipped with everything you would need to cook meals or simply make coffee in the morning. The two bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds. The owner/manager lived upstairs and was always available to answer questions and offer dining suggestions. It felt like you were living like a local in this quiet area away from the touristy chaos in the center.

Wonderful Stay in Avignon

We can't say enough good things about this fabulous apartment! Not only was it beautiful & well equipped, it has dreamy French decor tastefully mixed in with modern touches! Close to everything you need or want - the location is perfect! We all loved it! Travelled as 2 couples. Fabienne was lovely and was there when we arrived and also when left - she was very responsive to our questions and even arranged a cab for us when left! This place is one if the best we have ever stayed in as world travellers.

Beautiful Apartment Centrally Located

We can’t say enough good things about this apartment and it’s owner. Check in was very easy and the building and unit spotless. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning perfect on some very hot days. The location is right in the middle of the old town and everything is nearby and a short walk. Would highly recommend to all travelers.

Charming, beautiful and the perfect location.

I stayed here with my husband and granddaughter and would give this visit 10 stars if it was possible. First and foremost, the apartment was adorable and charming and a real oasis from our travels and the June heat of Provence. The hosts are lovely and we appreciated the bottle of wine provided upon our arrival. Their directions and instructions were very clear and we appreciated their friendliness. Loved all of the amenities and felt very comfortable. We would definitely visit again.

Five Star Modern Apartment in Central Avignon

Stayed for three days prior to a river cruise. From start to finish our host Fabienne was incredibly responsive, detailed and professional in her support of our experience. The apartment amenities are all modern with stunning kitchen, bathrooms and showers while not taking away from the historic and quaint qualities that make Avignon so great. Nearby restaurants, bars and grocery selections were all wonderful. 5/5 stars.

We were delighted!

This little treasure was perfectly located in the heart of Old Avignon within walking distance to all the main attractions. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Our hostess was close by, cheerful, available and very helpful. Communication was not an issue even though we spoke little French. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful Avignon flat

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it is perfect for a family of four or two couples. The kitchen has all you need and there is a washing machine if you need to do laundry. Fabienne was a great host and was always quick to respond if we had a question. The location of the flat is great. There is a grocery store around the corner and it is just a short walk to great restaurants and the tourist attractions. Avignon is a perfect home base if you want to explore the region as well. You can't park a car at the flat but there is a free parking lot outside the city walls that is connected by a free shuttle (or is just a 15 minute walk). We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Fabienne's flat.
