Ideally situated for attending the Avignon Festival, a 10-minute walk from the very heart of Avignon and nearby.
A private owner is renting—particularly for the entire summer season—a furnished and fully equipped two-room apartment of approximately 55 m² for four guests, located on the first floor of a garden-level building, surrounded by trees, facing due south, and with no direct views from neighboring properties.
This vacation rental, completely renovated in 2022, is located on a very quiet street, 300 meters from Avignon’s southern ramparts and a 10-minute walk from the Avignon Centre SNCF train station. For theater lovers, all the venues of the Avignon Festival are right nearby. The Palais des Papes and Place de l’Horloge are a 20-minute walk away.
This apartment includes:
- a living room with an open-concept kitchen featuring upper and lower cabinets, a refrigerator, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill function, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils for four people, a sideboard with a mini stereo system, a flat-screen TV (TNT and Netflix), a large teak table and four chairs, and a BZ-style sofa bed that sleeps two (140 cm).
- a separate bedroom with a 140-size bed, ample storage space, and two large closets, complemented by an antique Louis Philippe-style wardrobe.
- a spacious bathroom with a shower stall (1.20 m long), a vanity sink with matching storage cabinet, and a 4-kg washing machine.

Please note that the first floor of the villa is occupied by a year-round tenant (parties and receptions are prohibited).
The weekly rent is €990, with a 10 percent discount for rentals of at least thirty consecutive days.
A security deposit of €1,300 will be required at the time of booking; this deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period following a joint inspection of the property.
The total rental amount must be paid thirty days before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation, the amounts paid will be retained by the owner, except in the case of health restrictions and with the exception of the security deposit, which will be refunded in full.
