"Amazing house in the woods/farms of Grantown on Spey. We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was our base of operations for a week long stay in the Highlands. Laundry includes a tumble dryer which was a major bonus. Kitchen and bedrooms were all spacious and well organized. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the sounds of sheep in the neighboring pasture. The sitting rooms fire place was absolutely fantastic after days of hiking in the rain. Best place we stayed in Scotland, bar none."

"First impressions are how peaceful the surroundings are. You can not see any neighbours from the property, on all sides are mature trees and views of the surrounding hills and loch. Inside the property is very comfortable, warm spacious and homely with all the necessary amenities. The hot tub is great for relaxing."

"The property was great; plenty of parking, plenty of room to move about. The house was large but quaint and had everything we needed. Very quiet and remote but only minutes from town. I LOVED Paul's (owner/manager) attitude about closing out the house - "you are on vacation... you don't need to do anything except collect your things..." So no bed stripping, trash disposal, towel washing that is often requested by other properties. I highly recommend this property. My only regret is that we...
