The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.

The modern bathroom is fitted with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need for a seamless stay.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is located in the picturesque Beira Mar neighbourhood of Aveiro, known for its charming canals and traditional moliceiro boats. Guests will be just a short walk from Jardim do Rossio, a beautiful garden with relaxing green spaces and lovely views of the water.

The surrounding area offers plenty of small shops, cafés, and restaurants, giving visitors the chance to experience authentic local cuisine and culture. With the Ria de Aveiro nearby, guests can enjoy peaceful walks along the canals and soak in the unique atmosphere of this vibrant city.

The location combines convenience with character, making it an excellent base for exploring Aveiro.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop, Escola da Vera Cruz, is just a 5-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 57-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
