"Incredibly pet friendly, location is PERFECTION. Deck view; incredible.This location is an UPSTAIRS unit- which was not mentioned anywhere I could find on the Vrbo ad. We did just fine with the stairs, but I did not realize there was an additional downstairs unit ( the add indicated entire home).Floors throughout the unit were pretty dirty-sticky upon arrival, hairy and dirty/sandy. Overall, we had a great trip-host was communicative!"

"Best host ever! Place was clean and quiet. I do wish it was a little bigger - a little tight for 4 people. Richard provided toiletries, towels, paper towels. He really went beyond what a host should do. More like a 5 star motel! Parking is NOT tight! Very spacious for my Toyota Sienna! The laundry machines are on the 2nd floor- very convenient. You won’t regret staying!"

"The house is very old (which is fine) but in a state of disrepair. There are holes in the walls and the floors, we noticed ants in the kitchen (which we were warned about ahead of time) so we put all open foods in the fridge or the microwave. The ants completely invaded the microwave and we lost an entire pack of muffins and another pack of bagels. We had to spray everyday for ants, so I eventually had to go to the store to get more spray. Half the outlets did not work. The shower is so old...

"The location was great because it was so close to the boardwalk and downtown Ocean City. Except it is literally less than 10 steps away from a steel rollercoaster and assorted amusement park rides. We were there in the off-season, so it didn't matter. But it should be considered when booking during the summer.
Also, hopefully, since I made a fuss, they have fixed the useless card entry keys. Mine worked only once in the building access door and twice in my room door. We were there for four...

"The unit and surrounding porch were exceptionally clean. We love the washer in the dryer and all of the new appliances. It’s only about two blocks from the boardwalk. The owner was immediately responsive to any issues that needed a little bit of attention."

"The dishwasher did not work. There are somewhat annoying check out rules. “All hair and sand must be cleaned up before checking out.” To clean up all hair in the bathroom and sand on a beach property seems a little excessive. They don’t provide any towels for beach or bathroom. Property manager told me two days before the reservation that I needed to cancel as all parties staying were not over 25. The rule is not what I had an issue with but that I had given all of the ages of the people coming...

"Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home, we really enjoyed the house! House had everything we needed and it was clean! Loved the extra bonus of having beach accessories ready for us to use! do think some beach chairs need cleaning or replacement, not big of a deal for us as we welcomed having them, it was a bonus! The walk to the beach was really nice and glad we can go anytime without it being crowded. Overall enjoyed the home and we do look forward to coming back next year!"
