"Had a wonderful stay , when you arrive the hotel and views are amazing , a nice warm greeting from lovely receptionist, we stayed in the Queen room was beautiful & lovely views , dinner & Breakfast was so lovely , cooked with best ingredients makes a change to have such a lovely meal & service all the staff lovely , my only negative was didn’t have long another stay would have loved to stay another night was wonderful!!!!"
"Great hotel with everything you need on site. The Holmes Mill beer hall and food hall are excellent with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Short walk the the town which has lots of options for eating and drinking too "

"The Craven Heiffer has a warm and welcoming atmosphere - staff were professional, friendly and approachable and the service was excellent! My hotel room was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had great nights sleep. "We stayed for 12! Days it was so good. Beautiful property in the heart of North Yorkshire - amazing selection of breakfast. Clean rooms and family-run, friendly service.
Sometimes we had to ask repeatedly for clean towels - and we don’t change them everyday. Beds were old and could use updating for comfort.
Otherwise - would highly recommend! "

The room could do with a little TLC with a wonky toilet seat, shower door loose and the creeking floor boards that added character to the room.
