"The floors in the room was filthy with dirt.
It showed free breakfast with the picture of it just to be told no more breakfast anymore and asked if I got the email about it. I said I did not get that email.
The pool was filthy and could not swim in it.
We asked for a refund for the second night. We did receive the refund after calling Expedia."

"If it weren’t for the kindness of the host, who accommodated us for an early check-in and late checkout, I would’ve given this zero stars. It’s totally rundown, looks like it hasn’t been power washed in 20 years, as soon as you walk up it smells like mold. The listing doesn’t tell you that it’s on a main street. "PROS: the parking lot was cleaned and well maintained. Upon arrival to the lobby, we were greeted. The lobby area was clean, smelled good, but very sparse.
