The Space:

Whispering Oaks Retreat is a private Hill Country gathering house designed for families, wedding groups, and friends looking to enjoy everything Dripping Springs has to offer. Located behind a private gate on a fully fenced property, the home provides a peaceful setting while remaining just minutes from downtown Dripping Springs, local wedding venues, wineries, breweries, and distilleries.



Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom includes two twin beds. The spacious layout provides plenty of room for families and groups to gather while still allowing privacy and separation when needed. The dining table currently seats 6 guests, with additional outdoor dining available under the covered pavilion.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Guests will enjoy a coffee station featuring both a drip coffee maker and Keurig, along with complimentary coffee, filters, a refillable K-cup, sweeteners, and non-dairy creamer.



Outside, you'll find a covered pavilion with a picnic table, a propane grill, a propane firepit, and a large fenced yard perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Hill Country. Guests can also enjoy the property's horseshoe pit, adding another fun outdoor activity for families, wedding groups, and friends gathering together.
