In the heart of Austin`s East Side, our 2-bedroom house combines tranquility with easy access to downtown, UT, and entertainment districts. Ideal for both leisure and business, it offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a large TV, comfortably accommodating four guests.



Our home is a sanctuary for those who seek both the peace of a private dwelling and the convenience of city life. Each bedroom features plush full-size beds, ensuring a peaceful night`s sleep. Although we don`t have a pool on-site, your stay includes complimentary access to the nearby Swim Club, a stylish outdoor pool and restaurant! Before you head over, please keep in mind that the Swim Club is exclusively for guests who are 21 years of age or older. Anyone under 21, including children and teens, will not be admitted.
