1. Rule #1: Have fun!!!

We want you to have the best time ever in Austin, whether you're here for work, play, or anything in between!

2. Minimum Stay Requirements: Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): No minimum stay. Weekends & Special Events: Friday and Saturday must be booked together for a 2-night minimum (with occasional 3-night minimums for holidays or major events like SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). We have a 14-day cancellation policy for special events. We always try to be flexible, so feel free to check in with us!

Exemption: Feel free to book October 31, 2025 (Friday)

3. Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind inside the house. Smoking outside is totally fine just please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground.

4. No Glitter or Confetti: It’s basically impossible to clean. Let’s keep it fun, not messy!

5. Pets: We love pets! Your furry friends are usually very welcome, but please check with us first so we can make sure everything is set up for them.
