The property sleeps 13 comfortably, offering ample space for everyone to unwind without feeling crowded. Interior Description:
Spanning nearly 4000 sq. ft., Villa Bella Vista boasts open spaces, cozy nooks, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The kitchen, a highlight with its large island, seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor dining areas, providing the perfect setting for shared meals and camaraderie.

On the primary level, two bedrooms, one bath, indoor/outdoor dining spaces, and numerous nooks offer a perfect balance of connectivity and privacy. The lower level features the primary bedroom, providing expansive views over the pool and lake, a dual-showerhead shower, and direct access to the pool deck. Two additional bedrooms, including one with queen bunk beds, complete the lower level, with direct access to the boathouse and pool.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: A spacious retreat with 1 king-size bed, 1 rollaway bed, an air mattress a robust TV, a soaking tub, and a dual-showerhead shower. Direct access to the pool and deck ensures luxury at your fingertips.

Lake View Bedroom: Light, bright, and airy, with its own air-conditioning unit and direct access to the pool and deck.

Queen Bunkbed Bedroom: A dream for kids, featuring queen-size bunk beds, a massive gaming TV, and the option to be closed off for privacy.

Main Level Bedroom: Perfect for those avoiding stairs, with 1 king-size bed and bathroom off the entry, and a cozy ambiance.

Deck Access Bedroom: Wake up to the stunning Lakeview from two twin XL beds, with direct access to the rooftop deck for mornings in the fresh air.

Kitchen:
The luxurious kitchen, a rare blend of size and intimacy, is a culinary haven. With a grill right off the kitchen, it's a MasterChef's dream, allowing you to craft prestigious dishes while connecting with others through food and captivating views.

RULES:
*For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No parties or events.

We only accept pets that are under 50 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture.

Pet Fee is $225 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.

No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.; however, we kindly ask that there be no amplified music, shouting, or loud partying. If this rule is not respected, we will have to enforce a no-noise policy outdoors after 10:00 p.m. for the remainder of your stay. Additionally, if the police are called due to a noise complaint, guests will be charged a $500 fee, which reflects the fine we receive.
