Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/pet/night + any applicable taxes. This will be charged through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. There is not an enclosed fence for pets at this property. Thank you!

Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 14 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled hot tub maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Thursday.

Even with our regular pest management services, it’s possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.

*Before booking, see the House Rules including our policies about being a good neighbor. Failure to follow our House Rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund plus you may incur additional fees and costs.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
