Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy, except for the merchant fee we are charged for the transaction by our credit card processor. That merchant fee is typically around 3%. We do not refund that amount. Otherwise, we would lose money on your cancellation.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
-Due to our quiet residential neighborhood and city noise ordinance rules, there is NO loud music and please keep all noise levels down past 10 pm as not to disturb the neighbors. :)

POOL AND POOL HEATING:
-The pool does not have a heater, but we welcome polar bear plunges. :)

EARLY CHECK IN REQUEST
Please note that because of the short turnaround time between guests for our cleaning team, it is difficult for us to accommodate early check-in requests. If the unit is available, we will gladly allow an early check-in.

LATE CHECK OUT REQUEST
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate late check outs or to store luggage because we accept same-day bookings.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all our guests! The home is stocked with bath towels, hair dryers, and hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
