🫶🏼 Sleeping arrangements: With two queen beds upstairs in the loft, and one queen in the main bedroom.
No smoking
All pets must be approved and on reservation. Limit 1 pet.
Clean dishes, and empty garbage.
Do not put AC lower than 72 it will freeze and break the unit.
Guest count must be accurate, any extra guests must be approved.
We do have a sofa bed but it is not for use.
