The Space:

The Oak Haven is laid out all on one level, designed so every part of the home flows naturally. As you walk in, you’ll find the dining room at the center of it all, with a spacious table for meals and an office nook tucked off to the side. To your right, the kitchen is ready for cooking, while straight ahead, the living room offers a comfortable place to lounge with a pull-out couch and TV.



Off the main areas, the dedicated game room is where the energy comes alive. Here you’ll find a pool table, dartboard, NBA Jam arcade game, and another TV - a perfect hub for friendly competition.



The bedrooms are spread across the home for both comfort and privacy. The primary suite has a king bed and its own bathroom, while one guest room features a queen and another is set up with two twin beds. Three bathrooms mean no waiting in line, and a full laundry room makes longer stays easy.



Step into the backyard and you’ll find the centerpiece: a shimmering pool under the oak trees, with plenty of space to relax, an outdoor dining table for group meals, and a fire pit for cozy nights. Whether it’s morning coffee, arcade battles, or a late-night swim, the house is built for fun and downtime in equal measure.

This neighborhood blends leafy residential streets with the convenience of walkable amenities. Just beyond the cul-de-sac gate you’ll find Randall’s grocery, Starbucks, and a mix of casual spots like Craig O’s Pizza, Fajita Pete’s, and Juiceland. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 9 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
