The Space:

The moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that soar through the second story, offering expansive views of the 50-foot lap pool, manicured gardens, and a large yard perfect for all ages. Inside, you'll find two inviting living spaces, and a full kitchen and dining area for shared meals. Step outside to an enclosed patio with a gas fire pit, dining table and swings, creating an idyllic space for cozy evenings and leisurely afternoons.

This versatile two-bedroom retreat offers privacy and flexibility with separate entrances for each level.



- Upstairs Studio – Ascend the stairwell to a bright, Bali-inspired studio with a full kitchen, king bed, and twin bed. Panoramic tree views and abundant natural light create a serene setting for both rest and creativity.

- Downstairs Nest – Enjoy a spacious bedroom with two king beds, ideal for couples, friends, or groups wanting room to stretch out and recharge.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property.



The Neighborhood:

Staying at 5 Reese Road means you’re in Sunset Valley — a little pocket city just south of downtown Austin that feels like country living with all the perks of the city right next door. Think wide-open skies, nature trails, and quiet evenings, all within minutes of Austin’s best eats and attractions.



Eats & Drinks Nearby: Torchy’s Tacos and Veracruz All Natural for legendary tacos, Loro for Asian smokehouse flavors, Kerbey Lane Café for 24/7 comfort food, and Austin Java for a local coffee fix.



Nature & Outdoors: Barton Creek Greenbelt trailheads are just down the road for hiking, swimming holes, and rock climbing. Sunset Valley also has its own protected nature areas and walking trails you can explore right from your doorstep.



Shopping & Convenience: Walkable to Sunset Valley Farmers Market (one of Austin’s favorites), plus close to Costco, Whole Foods, and boutique shops off Brodie Lane.

Getting Around:

There is room for 5 cars in the driveway for parking.



Uber and Lyft have their own pickup spot at Austin Airport. From the main terminal, follow signs for the rideshare pickup area located on the ground floor of the rental car garage. You will see the dedicated pathway to the rideshare pickup spot.



Other Things to Note:

Lodgewell as a property management company has a separate reservation agreement that is available on your guest portal for digital signature. Please let us know if you would like to review in advance and we will happily share a copy.



No parties or events are allowed on all reservations. Please inquire about events/large gatherings before booking.



Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house.



Quite Hours from 10 PM - 7 AM per City of Code.



Pets are not allowed



Interaction with Guests:

You will have the entire home to yourself and/or your group joining with you on your reservation however if you do need to reach us during your stay our staff is available to you by text during your stay.
