HOUSE RULES:
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers, families, group: and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

- The primary renter must be 21+ years old.

- No smoking inside of the home. The reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine if the smoking rules are violated.

- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation.

- No parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party resulting in cancellation.

- Quiet time is 11pm - 5am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep the music down during quiet hours.

- Nothing can be taped, pinned, attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Glitter and confetti are not allowed.

-Gas Tanks for Grill and outdoor Fire place: We do not provide gas tanks for these two. Please take gas tanks with you at the end of your stay.

-Pets: Only two pets on the property are allowed. If more than two pets are on the property an additional $100 fee will be charged. Please pick up after your pet when they are done using the bathroom.
