THE UNIT



An open kitchen, dining, and large living space greet you as you enter the Southern Comfort condo. Home chefs will enjoy the gourmet kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Gather for a group meal at the family-sized dining table or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar. Brew a cup of your favorite coffee or tea with the Keurig to enjoy on the patio overlooking East 6th Street.



You can also curl up to relax in the living room on the large, plush couch and enjoy your favorite film on the 65" flat-screen 4K TV. A comfortable, Queen-sized Sofa bed provides sleeping space for two guests. A full bathroom just off of the main entrance houses a walk-in shower as well as laundry units for guests to use.



Slide open the barn door to reveal the guest bedroom. Equipped with a Queen size bed, Twin size bunk beds, and a 50" flat-screen TV, this room is great for both groups of friends and family! The master bedroom, found at the far end of the living space, is fitted with a Queen size bed and a horizontal Twin bunk above. This bedroom also features a 50" flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower + tub combo.
